Ben currently teaches Courses and Seminars on Information Technology and Multi-Family (Apartments) Housing. He has previously instructed real estate licensing for Broker and Salesman candidates and in the 1970's authored one of, if not the first commercial course approved by the State of Arizona.

In 1997 his Information Technology presentation was primarily to expose agents and the public to the benefits of e-mail and websites. Today, almost everyone has e-mail, one or more web sites and surfs the net. Today's course content has evolved with the Internet and now the focus is not on how to sell over the Internet but to utilize the multitude of information sources available to be informed and practice, as CREI President Mike Moloney calls it, "Safe Real Estate".
