I am pleased to announce that Robert T. Gibney & Associates has provided $60,000,000 in commercial and multi-family financing since 2002.  I want to thank the many real estate brokers, borrowers, and my associates in the lending profession who have made this achievement possible. My goal for 2005 is to maximize my clients' productivity by continuing to provide the highest quality customer service, reliable loan funding, and loan terms structured to meet the unique needs of each transaction.
