Jim is a Certified Land Sales Specialist and a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist. He was first working with First United Land Sales, and is now owner and designated broker of Arizona Realty 4 Sale, LLC. Jim is involved in land sales and purchase, commercial and industrial sales and subdivisions. Jim was with the Tucson Police Department for 32 years, 20 as a salaried officer and 12 as a volunteer reserve officer. He is also retired from the Arizona Air National Guard, where he was a F-16 fixer. Jim was an instructor in the military and the police department, and is still an active police instructor. Jim is currently a volunteer reserve deputy sheriff, as well as a volunteer firefighter with the Greer Fire Department. Jim and his wife Ann own the Honeybee Lodge in Greer. Jim graduated from the University of Arizona Eller Business School with a BS in Public & Business Management. He also has many post-graduate credits.
