SCOT E. HALL Education and Affiliations: Mr. Hall has college degrees in both Business Administration and Finance, graduating from Arizona State University in 1982. He became a Certified Exchange Counselor, (IRC § 1031) in April 1997. He became a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist in 2000, and Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist in 2002; he teaches both programs now as a Senior Instructor for the Commercial Real Estate Institute, Inc. Mr. Hall is an approved and licensed real estate Instructor by both the States of Arizona and Nevada. Scot has also served as the Marketing Director and President of the Valley Commercial Division of the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing System. He has served as Director of the Phoenix Association of REALTORsŪ. He is also an active member of the Arizona State and National Associations of REALTORŪ He has participated in Valley Partnership, an organization devoted to real estate development and community improvement. He is also a CCIM candidate.

Career Highlights: Mr. Hall has over twenty years experience in the commercial real estate field. He has represented landlords and tenants, sellers, and buyers in the leasing, purchase or sale of over three hundred properties in the last twenty years. His dedication and focus on three specific geographic submarkets in Metro Phoenix has lead to recognition within the brokerage community of his virtual dominance in those areas. Mr. Hall is the Designated Broker for Wolf Realty, Inc., a specialty commercial real estate brokerage in North and West Metro Phoenix. Since September 2000, Mr. Hall has been actively teaching intermediate and advanced commercial real estate brokerage practice classes for the Commercial Real Estate Institute, Inc.
