The Commercial Real Estate Institute, Inc. offers a full commercial leasing certification program. Upon completion of the entire program and passing the comprehensive final examination, you will receive a certificate from the Institute certifying that you have completed the Commercial Leasing Agent program.

The course is offered in 15 classes, each of 3 hours, a total of 45 hours. The classes will also satisfy most continuing education requirements for real estate license salesperson or broker renewal in several states, including Arizona and Nevada.
