Phone: 602-285-1433 Toll Free 866-585-1433 CERTIFIED COMMERCIAL PRACTITIONER™ CCP™ The Commercial Real Estate Institute, Inc. now offers a basic program providing a new agent, a multi-practice agent, or a residential agent with many basic vocabulary, forms, tools, and training to initially proceed with commercial or land listing or sales activity under the supervision of their Broker. Upon completion of all 14 classes and passing a comprehensive final examination, the Institute will provide the student with a certificate of completion, and a license to use the title Certified Commercial Practitioner ™ "CCP". This program will enable the student to assess which area in which they choose to Specialize: commercial sales, commercial leasing, or land sales. The course is offered in 14 classes, for a total of 45 hours. The classes will also satisfy most continuing education requirements for real estate license salesperson or broker renewal in several states, including Arizona and Nevada.
