CCP 101: Introduction to Commercial Real Estate: An overview of commercial real estate practice, which provides a new agent or a residential agent with the basic vocabulary, forms, tools, and training to proceed with commercial listing or sales activity with confidence. It is also an excellent review for the commercial agent. It includes classes on listings, buyer representation, negotiation, contracts, client service, information sources, practical tools to succeed, through closing, title problems, and follow-up. 3 hours of General Continuing Education (CE) credit. 

CCP 102: Valuation of Commercial Property: The fundamentals of commercial appraisal, including cost, income, and market data approaches, and supply and demand analysis techniques. 3 hours General/Finance CE credit.

CCP 103: Commercial Financing: A broad overview of the various sources of financing a commercial real estate transaction, ranging from seller financing to government guaranteed, and all types in between. Actual sources will be provided, with general guidelines for obtaining the financing. 3 hours General/Finance CE credit.

CCP 104: Buyer Representation: An upper level agency law course, examines the special fiduciary duties and "due diligence" owed to the Buyer client, as well as practical applications and techniques of Buyer Brokerage. 3 hours Agency law CE credit.   

CCP 105: Ethics & Rules for Buyer/Tenant Representation: An advanced analysis of the Arizona State laws, Commissioner's Rules, and applicable common law (the REALTOR® Code of Ethics) relating to Buyer Brokerage or Tenant Representation. 3 hours Commissioner's Standards.

CCP 106: Commercial Contract Form: Detailed review of the Association of REALTORS® Commercial Purchase Contract Form, page-by-page, with suggestions on completion and common alternatives to default wording. Class includes various approaches for Buyer's Contingencies, and a brief summary of the use of Letters of Intent. 3 hours Contract Law CE credit. 

CCP 107: Market Analysis and Land Valuation: Extensive checklist of elements that contribute or detract from land value, as well as the most commonly used techniques for helping clients to come to an agreement on the value of a land parcel for sale. 3 hours General CE credit.

CCP 108: Land Planning & Zoning: With over 100 different zoning authorities in Arizona, the complexity of zoning law is diverse.  This advanced class will examine the most common types of zoning systems, and procedures to follow to change zoning, as well as the effects of current zoning on future land use. 3 hours Real Estate Legal Issues CE credit.

CCP 109: Environmental Issues and Land: An overview of the “red flags” to alert a land broker that the property may have land contamination. Also includes modern remediation techniques that may be cost effective, and the use of environmental consultants, engineers, and contractors. 3 hours Real Estate Legal Issues CE credit.

CCP 110: Vacant Land Contract: Detailed: Detailed review of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Vacant Land Purchase Contract form, page by page, with special emphasis on land contingencies, and the Arizona required disclosures and addendum. 6 hours Contract Law CE credit.

CCP 111: Due Diligence & Property Analysis for the Commercial Lease: Extensive checklists for both the tenant and the landlord that should be used before entering a commercial lease, to protect both the client and the broker. Practical applications of "standards of care" for commercial leasing agents. 3 hours Disclosures CE credit.

CCP 112: Market Analysis: Leasing: Procedure for conducting a market rent and availability survey for space for lease. Class also covers research resources needed and available to collect the information, and protocols used in the business. 3 hours General CE credit.

CCP 113: Office Lease Forms: A detailed review of the most commonly used standard commercial forms for Office Gross, a.k.a. "Full Service" lease. Actual forms are included as hand-outs, and students are taught how to fill out the forms. 3 hours Contract Law CE credit.

CCP 114: Retail Lease Forms: A detailed review of the most commonly used standard commercial forms for Retail, a.k.a. "Triple Net" lease. Actual forms are included as hand-outs, and students are taught how to fill out the forms. 3 hours Contract Law CE credit.
