Joanne L. Carey is the Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Real Estate Institute, Inc. She has been managing professional real estate education, instructors, and students for over twenty years. She is really "The Boss".

Mike Moloney is the President. He oversees curriculum development and faculty recruitment. He thinks he is the boss. (See previous paragraph.)

Monika Hovland is the Administrator of the Institute. All student questions or concerns should be directed to: Monika@Commercial-Real-Estate-Institute.com  Monika also manages all scheduling of classes, issuance of certificates, and relations with the State Departments of Real Estate. As you can tell, Monika really “runs the show”.

Amy Carey is the National Research Coordinator and Computer Specialist. She is also CREI's Webmaster. (Since she runs this website, she can type that SHE is actually the boss.
